Redevelopment of JVC Business Park in North London comprises a logistics distribution facility and HQ office building overlooking Brent reservoir SSSi. The contextual solution to this brownfield site embraces sustainable development with the remediation of lime deposits from a former industrial plant, whilst respecting ecological criteria with an inclusive approach to the landscape.
